New H’andy sana mobile phone with integrated ECG functionality offers remote lifeline for people with heart problems

MMB GmbH signs deal to bring new mobile medical technology to the UK market with MMUK Ltd, headed up by former Vodafone Director Jonathan Viney

A new mobile phone that provides a quick and simple way measure, record and send vital Electrocardiograms, ECGs, could help for millions of people who suffer from heart-related medical conditions claims its German inventors. The H’andy sana is a new full-featured, touch screen mobile phone that also includes an application called Heart Suite.  This allows a person to take their ECG instantly from anyplace and at anytime; and send it to a doctor or qualified medical professional for advice along with other data such as blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol.

The new mobile device will be launched in the UK later this year by Medical Marketing UK Ltd, that has signed a deal with MMB GmbH for exclusive marketing rights for the H’andy sana along with other innovative products in the MMB portfolio. MMUK is headed up by former Vodafone director Jonathan Viney whose experience of sales strategy and management stretches over 28 years, across a variety of industries from Retail, FMCG to Telecommunications.

During his 15 years at Vodafone, Viney was credited as one of the management team to merge five disparate sales teams, which in 6 months developed a leading position with 74% market share. He was also responsible for setting up and running Vodafone UK’s first International sales team responsible for over £300 million of turnover.

A number of leading telco companies have already expressed interest in taking the H’andy sana to market.

MMB Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH signs exclusive contract for the pan-European Marketing of the Products from Toyoplas Holdings Pte. Ltd, Singapore

The MMB Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH signed an exclusive contract for the marketing and the sales of high-value products from the manufacturer Toyoplas. The successful company from Singapore develops, designs and produces products from different segments.

One of the highlights from the program is a high-value and excellently designed touch screen cell phone with an integrated ECG and a  „ Health Suite “ in which blood glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure etc. can be managed.

Especially for cardiac people the chance to measure an ECG in a critical situation even mobile, to send it via SMS to a telemedicine centre or hospital and to receive an evaluation immediately.

The device has been marketed limitedly in Indonesia (approx. 5 Mio. Inhabitants) for the first time tow months ago and generated already in this short period of time revenues to a seven-digit amount.

Strategic Investor buys shares of Paketeria AG

MMB Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH supports potential insolvency plan procedure

MMB Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH announces that a part of the shares in the insolvent Paketeria AG (WKN a0styl) acquired from Acorn Energy Inc. has been sold to a strategic investor from Canada.

After a potential and successful insolvency plan procedure of Paketeria AG the business model is to be strengthened by a second business area medical technology. Such a business area has been developed by MMB and the team of the managing director Andy Rösch and faces positive to a merge with Paketeria AG after the termination of the insolvency.

Revenues from the sales of shares in Paketeria AG, acquired from Acorn Energy Inc., shall be used mainly for an offer to the creditors of Paketeria AG and as first working capital.

Paketeria AG supervisory board filed for the appointment of a new member on the supervisory board at the municipal court

Mr. Dr. Ulrich Franz, member of the supervisory board of Paketeria AG (WKN a0styl ) filed at the municipal court Berlin Charlottenburg for the appointment of a new supervisory board.

Since the insolvency the supervisory board with two members is understrength and has no quorum.

In the course of a feasible insolvency plan procedure and the termination of the insolvency the supervisory board will act in the interests of the shareholder and will get involved with a solution.

As the member of the supervisory board, Mr. Dr. med. Dent. Andreas Spiegl from Munich has been recommended. Mr. Dr. Spiegl as a long-term shareholder and investor is familiar with the business of Paketeria AG.

The injection without needle is an injection at the size of Pen size, which pushes the drugs through a little-bitty ampoule and places it through the skin in the hypodermic dermal tissue. The needle free system Injex has proven of value in different studies and can be used hypodermically. MedX Health Signs Master Distributor Agreement with Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH i.G.(MMB)
